Shipping
Because all of our items are handcrafted, please allow approximatly 1 - 2 weeks for us to ship your order.
Haiti Cheri ships USA orders with Fed Ex Ground.The shipping charges, shown on our website, are for the 48 contiguous states of the USA. There are additional charges for orders out of this area. (Alaska, Hawaii, PR and all international orders). You will be contacted with the charges.
Damages
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will, of course, immediately remake and ship a replacement to you at no charge. Please contact us at sales@haiticheri.com to report the problem.
Returns
If you decide to return all or part of your order, please notify us by email us at sales@haiticheri.com within 5 days of receipt of order. We will let you know how to proceed. It will be your responsibilty to return the item(s) to us. We will supply the return address information. Upon receipt of the returned order, we will refund the purchase price less the original shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
